One full year of specialized experience at GS-14 level or equivalent; experience in investigative research, leading teams, mentoring analysts, and testifying on regulation of natural gas/oil pipelines and electric utilities.

Electrical Engineer

Experience in power systems engineering, electric reliability, regulatory policy; advanced analyses; GS-14 level specialized experience; education requirements noted.

Trial Attorney

Must hold a JD or LL.B and be an active bar member; GS-12/13 experience requirements; federal employment eligibility and education requirements.
