Children's Case Manager/Mental Health Practitioner

Provide community-based mental health case management and skills services; document thoroughly; travel to client homes; collaborate with QMHP; meet productivity standards.

Diagnostic Assessment Writer 

Master’s degree in a mental health field; licensure in LICSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP; background check; driver’s license for community-based work.

Licensed or eligible mental health professional with master’s degree; licensure in LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP. Must pass background check. Valid driver’s license for community work.
