Maintenance Technician

1-2 years facilities maintenance or trades experience; general mechanical ability; skilled with hand/power tools; strong customer service; team player; willingness to learn; valid driver's license.

High school diploma or equivalent; six months in a similar role; ability to obtain licenses; knowledge of marina operations; VHF, first-aid, and fire-fighting procedures; swimming and valid driving license.

1-2 years facilities maintenance/trade experience; general mechanical ability; skilled with hand and power tools; team player; willing to teach; strong customer service; physically capable; valid driver's license.

Seasonal Dockhand

Provide excellent customer service to boaters; assist with boat arrivals/departures, the fuel dock, property upkeep, office phone coverage, and the ship store; boating experience preferred; comfortable with an iPad; HS/college students encouraged.

1-2 years facilities maintenance or trade experience; painting, drywall, finishing; general mechanical ability; hand and power tools; customer service; valid driver license.
