High school diploma; 2–3 years hands-on RV/automotive experience; basic electrical knowledge; RVIA/RVIT certification preferred; valid driver’s license; willingness to work weekends and in non-climate-controlled environments.

Equipment Operator

Operate tractors and forklifts to move RVs, maintain lot, follow safety and procedures.

High school diploma; 2-3 years hands-on RV/auto trades experience; familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and structural work; valid driver’s license; RVIA/RVIT certification preferred.

Sales Professional

High school diploma required; RV or automotive sales experience preferred but not required; proven sales results; strong communication and computer skills.

Sell RVs through direct customer engagement; manage CRM; meet sales targets; strong communication and customer service.

High school diploma required; RV or automotive sales experience preferred; proven sales track record; strong communication and computer skills.

Direct customer RV sales; strong communication, CRM use, and product knowledge; ability to close sales and manage paperwork.

Operate tractors and forklifts to move RVs; outdoor, fast-paced work; high school diploma preferred; forklift/tractor experience required.

Porter

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to safely operate a variety of RVs; previous dealership/automotive/RV experience preferred but not required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Delivery Specialist

Deliver RVs, conduct pre-delivery inspections, provide customer orientations, and handle documentation and support.

Operate tractors and forklifts to move RVs; maintain lot; safety compliance; weekend work; HS diploma preferred; forklift/tractor experience.

Parts Clerk

High school diploma; strong computer skills and inventory software; some cash handling experience; weekend work ability; excellent organizational and customer service skills.

PDI Technician

Minimum 6+ months experience in RV, automotive, or carpentry repair; strong electrical, propane, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge; high attention to detail; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or equivalent.

Multimedia Designer

Multimedia designer with video, motion graphics, and animation experience; strong portfolio; 1-3 years; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; collaborative and detail-oriented.

Sales role requiring communication, CRM use, product knowledge, and customer service; RV sales experience preferred.

Operate equipment to move RVs safely; forklift/tractor experience; outdoor, fast-paced environment.
