Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional responsibilities assisting individuals with disabilities in recreation, volunteering and employment in facility and community settings. Requires driving, documentation and safety skills.

Direct Support Professional/Older Adults

Valid Michigan driver’s license; experience with senior adults; ability to transport; dementia training; interpersonal, reading/writing skills.

Job Coach

High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of college preferred; First Aid/CPR within 90 days; driving record checks; ASL a plus; experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Program Support Specialist

Master's degree preferred; two years’ experience with older adults and care partners; strong communications and administrative skills.

General Clerk - mailroom

General Clerk

High School Diploma or GED; preferred one year in related field; ability to lift up to 40 lb; typing 40 wpm; able to stand, walk, and perform routine mail tasks; some leadership responsibilities may be required.

Direct Support Professional/Residential

Direct Support Professional/Residential On Call

Direct care in group or private homes; HS diploma or GED; valid MI driver’s license with 3+ years driving; own vehicle; flexible.

Talent Development Specialist/Career Planner

Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, education, business, HR or related field; Certified Career Development Facilitator and/or BSP Certified preferred; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to assist with resumes, applications, and data entry.

Direct Support Professional/Employment

Valid Michigan driver’s license; must be at least 21; experience with individuals with developmental, emotional and/or physical impairments preferred; First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days; ASL a plus; driving record and background checks required.

Transition Specialist

Facilitate personal and career exploration for high school students with disabilities; BA in psychology, special education, or social work preferred; one year related experience; fluency in American Sign Language and/or Spanish preferred; valid Michigan driver's license.

Facilities Coordinator

High School diploma required; 3+ years in facilities maintenance; Michigan valid driver’s license; strong organizational and safety focus.

Psychiatrist

Licensed psychiatrist or 4th year psychiatry resident in Michigan; CMS in good standing; able to credential with private insurance; strong clinical, documentation, crisis management, and communication skills; flexible for occasional after-hours work.

Summer Job Coach Rehabilitation Services (Contingent)

Supervise interns/participants; provide support and feedback; adapt training to needs.

Licensed Social Worker

Master's in Social Work; LMSW/LLMSW license required; experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, therapy, crisis management; strong documentation and communication skills.

Janitor SCA1

Janitor

High school diploma or GED; six months janitorial experience; ability to follow instructions; ability to work flexible hours; police clearance or bonding; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
