QIDP (Case Manager) Bachelors Degree & DD Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities; valid driver's license; willingness to coordinate services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Nurse Trainer / Nurse Faculty

Current IL RN license; 2 yrs clinical in 5 yrs, 1 yr with developmental disabilities; DHS/DDD Nurse Trainer; age 21+; pass TABE; strong communication; background checks; good organizational skills; reliable attendance; able to meet physical demands; memorize mission/values.

QIDP (Case Manager)

Bachelor's degree in a specific field; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; able to meet all essential job functions; pass background checks; S-TOFHLA; must be able to work with individuals with challenging behaviors.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

Direct Support Professional

High school diploma or GED; 21+; TABE; documention skills; medication administration requirements; background checks; data entry; teamwork; meet physical demands.
