Group Leader

Lead after-school program for K-8; supervise participants; plan/implement activities; strong leadership and communication; HS diploma or higher; 18+; schedule 2:30pm–6:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Multi-Sports Instructors - PT

Instructors - Multi-Sports

Experience coaching a sport or teaching Physical Education; experience with children; ability to develop lesson plans; strong communication; safety awareness.

SACC - Site Director Princeton Schools

Site Director

Must be at least 21; Bachelor’s in childcare/education OR 2 years’ child-focused experience; experience with structured group setting; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Lead Afterschool Counselor- Hillsborough

Lead Afterschool Counselor

Lead counselor for before/after school; 18+; experience with children; able to manage groups and handle incidents.

US Masters Swim Coach

Masters Swim Coach

USMS Level 2 Masters coach certification, USMS membership, lifeguard/CPR/First Aid, ability to teach stroke, strong communication, and availability for early mornings/weekends.

Early Morning Lifeguard

Lifeguard

Part-time lifeguard with CPR/AED/First Aid certifications; current lifeguard certification; able to maintain readiness; strong interpersonal skills; able to work mornings.

Daytime Lifeguard - Hillsborough 

Lifeguard position requiring current YMCA/Red Cross lifeguard certification or equivalent, minimum age 15, ability to maintain certification, respond to emergencies, and provide safe pool supervision.

Lifeguards - PT

Minimum age 15; CPR, AED, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen; current YMCA or ARC Lifeguard or equivalent; maintain certification-level readiness; lifeguard skills per YMCA standards.

Kidz Korner Representative - PT

Kidz Korner Representative

Experience with children; patient, flexible, good communication with kids and parents.

Wellness Group Ex.

Wellness Group Exercise Instructor

Part-time wellness group exercise instructor; must be 18+, group exercise certified; experience preferred; punctual with strong communication.

Personal Trainers - PT

Personal Trainer

Part-time personal trainer with certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, etc.), CPR/FA/AED or within 90 days, HS diploma, active fitness program.

Swim Instructors

Swim Instructor

Experience with children; strong interest in teaching preschool and youth; CPR/First Aid/AED preferred or obtainable on hire; must be 16+; ability to teach group and private swim lessons.

Personal Trainers

Part-time personal trainer role requiring HS diploma, 1+ year PT experience preferred, CPR/First Aid certification, National Personal Trainer Certification; ability to attract and retain members.
