MHA Case Manager - ACT

Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or QMHP certification; Texas driver's license; two years preferred in human services; case management experience; eligible to travel within Brazoria and Galveston Counties.

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

MD/DO in psychiatry with board eligibility/certification; Texas license; PDMP; BLS; 3+ years preferred; telepsychiatry experience preferred.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Adolescent/Adult

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

PMHNP with TX license; ANCC PMHNP certification; DEA registration; PDMP; BLS; 3+ years PMHNP preferred; telepsychiatry experience preferred; LMHA or safety-net experience recommended.

Certified Family Partner

High school diploma, Texas driver license, CFP certification within first year, 1+ year parenting/LAR experience, local travel within Brazoria/Galveston Counties.
