Apartment Maintenance Tech

Two years of apartment/residential or commercial maintenance; carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical; valid driver’s license; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Administrative Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year administrative experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organization and communication; ability to manage multiple tasks; on-site.

Procurement Officer

Oversee procurement lifecycle, vendor management, and contract compliance per HUD and local laws.

Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 4+ years governmental accounting; HUD/LIHTC knowledge; experience as Accounting Manager/Finance Director in public housing; driver’s license; background/drug screenings.

Inspections Supervisor

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5-7 years in housing inspection; 2+ years supervisory; HQS knowledge; strong communication; MS Office; inspection software preferred.

Director of Real Estate & Development

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Public Administration, Finance or related field; 7 years senior-level real estate development experience; 3 years supervisory; valid driver’s license.

Comptroller 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; minimum 3 years accounting experience; public housing or governmental accounting experience preferred; valid driver’s license.

Assistant Property Manager

Experience in property management; supervise staff; manage housing development; ensure occupancy and compliance.

Deputy Director of Property Management

Five years property management experience; Bachelor's degree; HUD and LIHTC knowledge preferred.

Resident Services Director

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field; five years in community/social services with case management; Family Self-Sufficiency Certification.
