MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Medical Assistant

High school required; medical assistant background preferred; strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Dental Assistant

High school diploma or GED; radiology certification; accredited program preferred.

High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Completion of an accredited program preferred. Must have radiology certification.

High school diploma; medical assistant program; MA certification or registration preferred.

High school diploma and advanced coursework and clinical training from an accredited medical assistant program required. MA Certification or registration preferred.

MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST

Medical Billing Specialist

High school diploma; 4+ years AR/billing; medical terminology; outpatient billing; CPT/ICD9; UB92/HCFA; computer skills; appeals processing.

High school diploma, 4 years experience in Accounts Receivables, knowledge of medical terminology and outpatient billing procedures.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, valid Michigan license, and knowledge of community resources required.

Customer Service Representative

High school diploma or G.E.D. completion, two years clerical experience or one year in health care setting preferred, knowledge of managed care process, typing speed of 40 words per minute, computer and data entry experience required.

High school diploma or GED; clerical experience; healthcare experience preferred; strong computer/data entry skills.

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling; LMSW or LPC with Michigan license; MCBAP approved or willing to obtain; graduate degree in related field.

REFERRAL SPECIALIST

Referral Specialist

High School diploma or GED; two years clerical/secretarial experience; knowledge of Medicaid and managed care; ability to type 50 wpm.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Previous experience with managed care referral process preferred. Two years clerical experience and one year clinical support experience required.

PHYSICIAN  FP

Physician

Board-certified physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Med-Peds) with graduate degree; strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.

Licensed physician in Michigan, Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, with strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

PEDIATRICIAN

Pediatrician

Licensed pediatrician in Michigan with completed pediatric residency; board certified in pediatrics; strong communication; confidentiality; knowledge of health care delivery and management.

Licensed physician in Michigan, completion of accredited pediatric residency, board certified in pediatrics, and basic life support qualified.

Dentist

Licensed to practice in Michigan with a minimum of three years of management experience in dental care.

Licensed dentist in Michigan with DEA registration; minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in a dental care organization.

Licensed physician with board certification; Michigan license; strong communication and management skills.

Licensed physician in Michigan, board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
