Cleanup Crew

Maintain a clean, safe facility; part-time; 36 hours/week; ability to lift 20-30 lbs; sawmill experience preferred but not required.

Operator 1

Maintain facility cleanliness and safety; operate in planer; perform dust control; follow safety standards; good communication; training as needed.

Materials Coordinator

3+ years in inventory, storeroom, or materials coordination; CMMS/ERP experience; strong organizational and data management skills.

Electrician

Electrical technician with PLC experience, safety-focused, able to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical/PLC issues, and support commissioning and start-up.

Optimization Technician

Experience with sawmill optimization systems; strong analytical skills; familiar with optimization software; understanding of lumber manufacturing processes; troubleshoot technical systems; effective communicator.

Journey Level Saw Filer

Journey Level experience with benching saws, tipping, side grinding; safety-focused; able to troubleshoot and correct problems.

Entry Level -  Cleanup Crew

Entry level cleanup role in a sawmill/planer; must be 18+, able to pass drug screen and background check; high school preferred but not required; able to lift 20-30 lbs; willing to work day or night shifts.

Millwright

Maintenance technician with preventative/predictive maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, safety-focused, willing to work various shifts.

Maintenance Supervisor - Allendale SC

Maintenance Supervisor

5–10+ years in industrial or manufacturing environments; 2–5+ years leadership; proven ability to lead teams and drive execution; experience developing workforce capability.

Entry Level - Cleanup Crew

Entry-level cleanup role with training for operation of facility equipment; ability to lift 20-30 pounds; high school preferred but not required.

Shipping Supervisor

Experience supervising shipping/warehouse teams; strong focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation.

Minimum four years' industrial millwright experience; proficient in welding, troubleshooting equipment and systems; able to maintain, install, repair, and test machinery; Journeyman Millwright certification preferred.

Quality Control Manager- Allendale, SC

Quality Control Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Wood Science/Forestry/Industrial Engineering preferred; 5+ years lumber quality experience with 2+ in supervision; Certified Lumber Grader or ability to obtain certification.

Human Resources Generalist

At least 1 year HR in manufacturing; knowledge of employment law; experience with hourly workforce and supervisors; strong organizational skills; ability to handle sensitive information.

Saw Filer

Three years minimum experience benching saws and fitting/tipping/side grinding.

Forester - Chehalis, WA

Forester

Timber sale acquisition, contract administration, fieldwork; strong PC and forestry software skills; safety, teamwork, and adaptability.
