Machine Operator

High school diploma, manufacturing experience (tubed products preferred), able to use micrometers/calipers, read specs, good communication, team player, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

15+ years finance/Controller experience; 5+ years as finance leader for stand-alone OpCo; manufacturing with multi-site exposure; lean/FP&A experience; strong leadership and communication.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial or process engineering; junior or senior; strong communication and problem-solving skills; SolidWorks; 20+ hours/week; 3D printing; up to 50 pounds; willingness to learn on the manufacturing floor.
