Float LPN

Direct Support Professional

16-24 years old, enrolled in high school or college, compassionate, able to lift 60 lbs, CPR/First Aid certified or willing, driver’s license after 18.

Must be at least 18, 2+ years experience supporting vulnerable populations preferred, valid Minnesota driver’s license, DHS background check, CPR/First Aid, ability to lift 60 lbs, basic computer skills.

Nurse Case Manager (RN)

Active RN license in MN; CPR/First Aid; MN driver’s license; 1 year of DD/complex medical experience; able to lift 60 lbs; DHS background check.

ICF Specialist

2+ years related care experience; ability to work 12+ hour shifts; 18+; MN driver’s license; DHS background check; CPR/First Aid; CNA preferred.

Supervisory experience; MN driver's license; ability to meet physical demands; pass background check; CPR/First Aid; medication administration; DHS check.

Lead a residential disability services program; supervise staff; ensure licensing and compliance; manage budgets; provide 20 hrs/week direct care.

Float RN

Program Manager - Bluebird
