Behavioral Health Therapist

Two years minimum experience providing behavioral health services to individuals with dual-diagnoses; Masters in Social Work or Counseling; LMSW/LCSW/LCSW-C or LCPC licensure.

Referrals Specialist

Two years in client services or case management; experience with computers and databases; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Customer service, confidential data handling, referral processing, and coordination across departments.

RN Care Coordinator

Care Coordinator

RN or LCSW-C in Maryland; Bachelor’s in Nursing or Master’s in Social Work; 2 years clinical/case management experience; valid Maryland driver’s license and vehicle; homelessness/behavioral health experience preferred.

Two years of clinical nursing/care coordination experience; MD license or equivalent (RN or LCSW-C) in Maryland; valid Maryland driver’s license.

Spanish-Speaking Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative

Spanish-speaking, one year in customer service, HS diploma required, proficient in confidentiality and communication

High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of customer service experience; fluent Spanish; able to handle confidential information; experience with computers/databases; strong communication and teamwork.

Peer Advocate

Experience with homelessness or housing services is preferred; high school diploma or GED required; Maryland driver’s license required; one year of direct service experience.

Personal experience with homelessness, substance use, mental illness, HIV, or incarceration; high school diploma or GED; one year of experience helping individuals access services; knowledge of local resources; Maryland driver’s license and vehicle access.

Part-Time Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (Outreach Services)

Certified Peer Recovery Specialist

Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with lived experience; 3 years peer recovery service experience; high school diploma; certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist; bilingual preferred; valid Maryland driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Peer Recovery Specialist

High school diploma required; Peer Recovery Specialist certification required; 3 years of peer recovery experience; lived experience; bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred; valid Maryland driver’s license and access to a vehicle; familiarity with Baltimore and local services.
