PharmD or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy; current state license; familiarity with pharmacy software; prior pharmacy or management experience preferred; 340B program experience preferred.

Director, Behavior Health Provider

Licensed Psychologist (PhD); 3+ years relevant experience; Idaho psychologist license; quick and accurate clinical assessments; team collaboration; crisis intervention; experience serving medically underserved populations.

Medical Assistant with Cert

Medical Assistant

High School Diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification within 1 year; Idaho LPN license; current BLS preferred; 1 year healthcare experience preferred.

Advanced Practice Provider

Fully accredited NP or PA license; BLS/CPR (ACLS optional); DEA and applicable licensing; English fluent.

Licensed LMSW or LPC; ability to assess mental/behavioral conditions; provide evidence-based psychotherapy; SBIRT training within 3 months; teamwork with care providers.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Unrestricted Idaho license; 3 years mental health experience preferred; proficient in behavioral medicine; MAT certification or willingness to learn; strong communication and team collaboration; background check.

School-based Psychotherapist

Licensed in Idaho as LCSW or LCPC; LPCs and LMSWs with relevant experience considered; ability to assess adolescents; provide evidence-based psychotherapy; crisis planning and suicide risk assessments; strong team collaboration.

Wyoming NP license; three years mental health experience preferred; MAT certification or willingness to provide MAT; strong teamwork and communication; background check required.

Pediatrician

Licensed Idaho physician with DEA, board certification/eligibility, English fluency; experience with underserved populations; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Licensed LMSW or LPC; ability to assess mental/behavioral conditions; provide evidence-based psychotherapy; team collaboration; SBIRT training within 3 months.

APP Float Provider

Licensed Idaho PA or NP; BLS certified; Spanish fluency is a bonus.

Nurse Practitioner

Fully accredited NP or PA license; BLS/CPR certification (ACLS may substitute); carries DEA and related licensing; fluent in English.

Dental Hygienist

Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program; Wyoming license; CPR/BLS; ability to work with healthcare professionals; Spanish language preferred; excellent communication; maintain clinical privileges; FTCA or private malpractice insurance.

Medical Team Lead

High school diploma or GED; LPN/CMA license/certification; current BLS; 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Pharmacist - PRN

PharmD or bachelor’s in pharmacy; current state pharmacist license; familiarity with pharmacy software; prior pharmacy and/or management experience preferred; 340B program experience and 340B ACE Certification preferred.

Pharmacy Technician 

Two years’ experience as a certified pharmacy technician in retail or hospital; able to work independently; maintain confidentiality; accurate; computer skills; 50 wpm typing; read and transcribe pharmaceutical information.

Licensed MD/DO; board eligible; current DEA; State Board of Pharmacy license; BLS; trained in general/family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics.

Idaho-licensed clinician (LCSW/LCPC) or LPC/LMSW with relevant experience; ability to assess adolescents; provide evidence-based psychotherapy; crisis planning and suicide risk assessments; team collaboration.
