Five years CNC programming and setup experience; Tebis; mold experience; operate 2D/3D CAD/CAM; Heidenhain/Fanuc controls; lift up to 50 lbs; pass drug screen.

2-3 years mold maker experience on production injection molds; skilled in disassembly/reassembly of TH & BH blocks; diagnose electrical or hot runner repairs; fabricate hydraulic and water lines; operate surface grinder, drill press, and engine lathe; capable with overhead crane and forklift.

Moldmaker Bench Hand - Injection molds

Moldmaker

2-3 years benching experience; proficient at polishing molded structures; overhead crane and forklift operation; self-starter with minimal supervision.

Mold Maker Trainee - Skilled Trade entry level

Mold Maker Trainee

Energetic candidates with mechanical skills; experience with hand/power tools, measuring tools, math and basic computer skills; able to lift 25 lbs, stand/walk, bend and climb; willing to learn mold making; pre-employment drug screen.

Senior Designer - Injection Molds

Senior Designer

5+ years experience designing injection and compression molds; Catia experience a plus.

Compression Tooling Mold Maker/Technician

Mold Maker/Technician

Minimum 2-3 years mold maker experience on SMC/Compression molds; disassembly/assembly and maintenance of compression molds; use of hand tools and basic machines; mold shear hot spotting; assist with mold trials and production runs; experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
