Billing Coordinator

Oversee end-to-end billing and revenue cycle; lead staff; ensure payer compliance; 2-3 years FQHC billing; high school diploma; CPC/CPB/CEMC preferred.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

LCSW licensure; at least two years of clinical mental health experience.

Practice Manager

3-5 years healthcare management; supervise non-clinical staff; scheduling, workflow analytics.

Certified Medical Assistant

CMA certification with phlebotomy and clinical support experience; high school diploma required; CMA/RMA/CCMA certifications preferred.

Assistant Teacher (Infant Room)

Assistant Teacher

Assistant Infant Teacher role: 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain, pass DHHS background checks, registered with Maine Roads to Quality or willing to become registered.

Assistant Teacher (Toddle Room)

Assist with toddler curriculum, maintain a safe classroom, communicate with Lead Teacher, meet DHHS background checks, CPR/First Aid, Maine Roads to Quality registration.

Assistant Teacher (Preschool Room)

Assistant Preschool Teacher

Assist with curriculum, maintain safe classroom, communicate with Lead Teacher; pass background checks; 18+, HS diploma or enrolled; CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain.

Lead Teacher (Infant Room)

Infant Lead Teacher with age-appropriate planning, classroom leadership, and family communication; requires high school diploma and applicable childcare credentials.

Lead Teacher (Toddler Room)

18+; CDA or Maine-approved credential or qualifying childcare/college experience; high school diploma; CPR/First Aid; DHHS background checks; registered with Maine Roads to Quality or willing.

Lead Teacher (Preschool Room)

Must be at least 18; High School diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid; DHHS background checks; Maine registration or willingness to register; CDA/Me Maine credential or related experience; preferred Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education.
