ABET-accredited civil engineering degree; FE/ EIT eligible within 6 months; 0-3 years in municipal engineering; AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, and/or Open Roads experience; knowledge of codes; US work authorized; valid driver’s license.

Senior Engineer - Transportation

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months; 8+ years in design/construction of state highway projects; strong leadership and project management skills; effective communication.

Senior Transportation Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering; PE license or ability within 6 months; 8+ years DOT/County highway design & construction; strong leadership and project management; U.S. work authorized; no visa sponsorship.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental/related engineering; PE license; 8+ years’ DOT/county highway design/construction experience; leadership and client liaison skills.

Survey Crew Chief

6+ years field and office survey experience; proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation; Trimble equipment a plus; valid driver’s license.

Engineer (PE) - Water Resources

Bachelor’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering; 4+ years water resources experience; Minnesota PE or able to obtain within 6 months; strong communication and project management.

Engineer (EI) - Water Resources

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Biosystems, or Agricultural Engineering; 0-3 years civil engineering experience; strong communication; problem solving; Autocad Civil 3D/ArcGIS experience preferred; valid US work authorization.

Engineer (PE) - Transportation

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months; 4+ years state DOT/County highway project experience; proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer; valid driver’s license.

Senior Wetland Scientist

Senior wetland scientist with 10+ years in wetlands, water quality, regulatory permitting; leadership and field work; CM Wetland Professional preferred.

Engineer Water Resources

Bachelor’s in engineering; proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience a bonus; valid driver’s license; strong problem solving and teamwork.
