Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Bachelor’s degree preferred; graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program required; 1 year Nuclear Medicine/PetCT experience preferred; Washington Radiologic Technologist license; NMTCB or ARRT(N) required; ARRT(CT) preferred; CPR/BLS required; background check and drug test required.

Professional Radiology Assistant

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year clerical and 2 years medical office experience; proficient with computer systems and medical software.

Provider Enrollment Specialist

2+ years in provider enrollment/credentialing; Medicare/PECOS experience; CPCS/CPMSM/CRCR preferred.

High school diploma or GED; 2 years medical office experience; 1 year clerical experience; valid driver's license; able to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Hospital Biller

2 years in EPIC/Cerner/Meditech Expanse billing; remote full-time; High School Diploma; strong claims processing, denial follow-up, HIPAA compliance; able to pass background check.

Mammography Technologist

Operate mammography equipment, perform diagnostic mammograms, and follow ACR guidelines and Inland Imaging protocols.

Patient Access Registrar/Scheduler

Two years clerical/scheduling or medical office experience; high school diploma; computer skills; background check and drug test may be required.

Radiologic Technician-Student

High school diploma or GED; current enrollment in an accredited Radiologic Technologist program; Washington State X-Ray Technician Registration; CPR/BLS certification; ability to work at multiple locations; clean background check and drug test compliance.

AI Solutions Engineer

B.S. in Software Engineering, AI, Data Science; 8+ years experience including 5+ years in AI/ML engineering; strong programming skills in Python.
