Physical labor on highway and heavy construction; shovel, rake, asphalt patching; lift up to 50 lbs; work in all weather; CDL-A preferred.

Project Manager

5-10 years PM experience in road construction; engineering/construction management degree; PMP a plus; proficient with MS Office and scheduling software; driver’s license required.

HS diploma or GED; 5-7 years supervisory road construction experience; OSHA 30; valid driver's license; strong communication and organizational skills; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Estimator - Construction

Estimator

Prepare bid proposals, perform takeoffs, develop cost estimates, analyze plans, and coordinate with teams on materials, equipment, and labor.

Concrete QC Technician

HS diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience in a concrete QC role; strong communication; proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented; able to work flexible hours; includes knowledge of concrete lab equipment and paving process; Illinois DOT Aggregate Technician Certificate or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Asphalt QC Manager

HS diploma or GED with 2+ years in asphalt QC; strong communication; proficient in MS Office; experience with asphalt lab equipment; DOT certifications or ability to obtain within 3 months; flexible hours.

Superintendent

HS diploma or GED, 5-7 years supervisory road construction experience; OSHA 30; valid driver's license; strong communication and organizational skills.

Milling Foreman

Oversee milling crew; HS diploma/GED and 3-5 years road construction; OSHA 30 certification; read plans; strong communication; lifts up to 50 lbs; dependable transportation.

Stone Foreman

HS diploma or GED, 3-5 years road construction, OSHA 30, read/interprets plans, strong communication, organizational skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs, dependable transportation.
