Therapist

Master&apos;s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field; QMHP or licensure; Oregon driver’s license; experience with clinical documentation and DSM-5; ability to provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Crisis Therapist I

Provide crisis assessment, risk evaluation, care coordination, and documentation for individuals in acute mental health crises. QMHP qualifications required; Master’s degree in behavioral sciences preferred for progression.

Overnight youth supervision, therapeutic support, crisis intervention, documentation, and medication administration; requires Oregon QMHA certification or equivalent and a behavioral science degree or 3 years relevant experience.

Supervisor

Lead clinical care for youth, supervise staff, ensure compliance, coordination with agencies; requires graduate degree in psychology or related field; valid Oregon driver’s license; 1+ year youth treatment experience.

Adult Residential Specialist

QMHA certification; Bachelor's in behavioral science or 3+ years experience; Oregon driver’s license; vehicle insurance.

QMHP-qualified or meet minimum QMHP education requirements; valid driver’s license; US work authorization; ongoing certification required.
