4–6 years site development construction management; Bachelor's preferred; MS Office and MS Project proficiency; strong communication and analytical skills; willing to travel.

Escrow/Closing Coordinator

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. 1 year experience in homebuilding, sales/escrow, or mortgage/lending. Strong organizational and communication skills.

4–6 years of site development construction management; civil/ Construction Engineering background; strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills; willing to travel.
