Superintendent II

Minimum 7 years in residential/mixed-use building construction; bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years direct supervisory experience; scheduling and job cost software proficiency preferred.

Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily/Student Housing Construction

2+ years residential/mixed-use construction; BS in CM/Engineering/Building Science/Architecture/Business Admin or related field preferred; scheduling and cost software experience preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential and mixed-use building construction, Bachelor's degree in relevant major preferred, and minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.

VDC Manager

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction technologies, proficient in Revit and Navisworks.
