Staff Attorney- Statewide Expunction 

Staff Attorney

Licensed to practice law in Texas; bilingual in Spanish; strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and evidence; excellent communication; caseload management; experience with expunctions and public interest work.

Staff Attorney - Community Lawyering Centers

Licensed to practice law in Texas for at least 3 years; commitment to public interest law; strong civil procedure knowledge; excellent research and writing; mentoring/leadership experience preferred; bilingual preferred; travel flexibility.

Paralegal 

Associate degree and paralegal certification preferred; Spanish fluency required; strong organization and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to travel; ability to work independently under attorney supervision.

Licensed to practice law in Texas or awaiting Texas Bar results/reciprocity; strong civil procedure and evidence knowledge; public interest focus; excellent communication; ability to manage a caseload and collaborate; Spanish fluency required.
