Golf Instructor

High school diploma or GED; experience with children; knowledge of golf; CPR for Professional Rescuers (with AED) and First Aid within 30 days of hire.

Lifeguard and Swim Instructor

High school diploma or GED or degree in progress; minimum of three months relevant experience; must pass water test; lifeguard/swim instructor ages 15/16+.

Fitness Group Exercise Instructor

High school diploma preferred; group exercise certification required; CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Site Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in education or related field; 2-3 years youth programming; 1 year supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; grant management; CPR/First Aid current within 30 days.

Aquatic Lead Lifeguard

High school diploma or equivalent (or in progress); at least 6 months aquatic experience; swim 500 yards weekly; current American Red Cross Deep Water Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid; Oxygen Certification within 30 days; age 17+

Vice President of Youth Development

Bachelor’s degree in Education/Child Development/Nonprofit Management; Master’s degree preferred. ≥10 years leadership in youth development or licensed childcare; ≥5 years supervising senior leaders. Strong budgeting, data reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
