Nursing degree; LPN/LVN license; 1-3 years direct patient care; supervisory experience preferred; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Director of Care Transition

2-4 years marketing/PR in healthcare; Bachelor's in marketing/communications; strong communication; sales ability; develop and manage marketing programs.

Director of Maintenance

1-3 years' supervisory experience; high school diploma; knowledge of boilers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems; read blueprints; knowledge of building codes and safety; licensed as required; able to plan repairs and installations.

Infection Prevention

RN with Colorado license, CPR, 1-3 years direct care, infection prevention knowledge, supervisory experience preferred.

Valid LVN license, graduate of an accredited nursing program, CPR certification, and ability to provide patient care per physician orders.

One year of previous work experience desired; high school diploma or GED; current CNA certification or completion of CNA training.

RN with California license, 1-3 years direct care preferred, CPR certification, nursing degree from accredited program.

Receptionist

High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service preferred; proficiency with office equipment and multi-line switchboard may be required.
