RN license in state of practice; 2+ years home health or elder care nursing; liability insurance; valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle or access to transportation.

Registered Nurse - Field Assessor -LTS

RN license in practice state; 2+ years home health or equivalent elder care; willingness to obtain professional liability insurance; valid driver’s license and access to vehicle or reliable transportation.

RN license in state; minimum 2 years home health or elder care nursing; liability insurance; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to obtain liability policy; equal opportunity employer.
