Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician

Entry-level RBT needed to provide one-on-one ABA therapy, with focus on growth and professional development; background check and drug test required; driving preferred; center-based, Monday–Friday.

Child Care Provider

Entry-level ABA therapy role; college degree preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license preferred; background check and drug test required.

RBT Trainer

RBT credentialing and ABA training experience; 1 year RBT, 6 months in training; data collection and ABA protocol knowledge.

Direct Support Professional (RBT)

Direct Support Professional

High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Willingness to obtain RBT certification; experience with children is preferred.

College degree preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license preferred; background check and drug test at hire.

Bachelor or associate degree preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs; driving license preferred; background check and drug test required at hire.

High school diploma or equivalent; interest in ABA therapy; ability to lift 50 lbs; reliable transportation; willingness to undergo background check.

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to lift 50+ lbs; strong mobility; valid driver’s license preferred; background check and drug test at hire.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; ABA experience typical; ability to lift 50+ lbs; valid driver’s license; background check and drug test.

RBT role providing center-based ABA therapy to children; high school diploma required, college degree preferred; full-time with training and growth opportunities.

RBT-focused role; HS diploma required; training provided; pediatric experience preferred.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children; collaborate with team; document progress; follow safety protocols.

RBT credential required; lifting up to 50 lbs; background check and drug test; reliable transportation preferred.

Advanced Behavior Technician

RBT experience (1+ year); 1:1 therapy; data collection; implement behavior protocols; leadership skills.
