Active RBT certification; High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in psychology preferred; experience with ASD/developmental disabilities preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to follow instructions and maintain records; ability to bend/squat and run short distances; background check and drug screen required.

Behavior Technician

High school diploma required; RBT certification preferred; experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; background check and drug screen; ability to lift up to 35 pounds; pass a background check; obtain 40-hour RBT training.

High school diploma required; psychology degree preferred; experience with ASD preferred; strong interpersonal and communication; ability to lift 35 lbs; pass background check/drug screen; obtain 40-hour RBT training.

High school diploma or equivalent; RBT 40-hour training prior to start; experience with ASD preferred; ability to lift 35 pounds; pass background/drug screen.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology preferred; experience with ASD preferred; must lift 35 lbs; must pass background and drug screen; must obtain RBT 40-hour certification.

BCBA

Master's degree in ABA or related field; BCBA certification; Tennessee LBA preferred; at least 1 year BCBA experience; strong communication skills.
