Physician

MD or DO with NY license; residency completed; board certification preferred; experience in primary/outpatient care and EHR familiarity.

Dental Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent experience; knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Call Center Rep

Call Center Representative

High school diploma, customer service experience, strong verbal skills; call center experience preferred.

Patient Navigator

High school diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred; ability to obtain NYS Health Assistor certification within 90 days; Notary Public preferred.

Accounting Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 5+ years healthcare finance experience; CPA preferred; experience with HRSA/FQHC cost reporting; proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

LPN with NY licensure and CPR, associate degree or equivalent, 0–6 months of related experience, able to manage medication refills and triage calls, and document in EHR.

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school; valid New York dental license.

Medical Receptionist

High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service/administrative experience; strong communication; proficiency with electronic medical records; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Neurologist

MD or DO; board certification in Neurology; valid New York medical license.

Chief Medical Officer

MD/DO with board certification; 10+ years clinical, 5+ in leadership; strategic planning experience.
