High school diploma preferred; custodial/janitorial experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.

Medical Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification; prior experience a plus but not required; travel between sites; bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Patient Service Representative

High school diploma required; 1+ year healthcare or customer service preferred; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle payments and scheduling; proficient with computer systems.

3+ years in healthcare or customer service; NYS Dental Hygienist license; High school diploma; CPR certification; continuing education; proficiency with electronic health records.

Director of Nursing

Active NY State RN license; BSN required; 5+ years nursing leadership; knowledge of HRSA and healthcare regulations; strong leadership and communication.

Dentist

Licensed dentist in NY; CPR; 1-3 years experience; flexible hours including some evenings; valid NYS driver's license.

Licensed Counselor

Licensure as NYS LMHC, LCSW, or LMSW; bilingual Spanish/English; CPR; flexible hours; hybrid remote role.

Pharmacy Technician

High school diploma required, certification in Pharmacy Tech preferred, and 2+ years in healthcare or customer service preferred.
