Call Center Representative

 onsite in Lorain, OH; high school diploma or GED; medical reception/call center experience preferred; basic Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish a plus.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Dental Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; completed dental assistant program; Ohio State Dental Radiograph permit or eligibility; BLS; previous dental experience preferred; valid driver’s license; bilingual Spanish a plus.

BILLING ASSOCIATE

Billing Associate

2+ years billing experience; knowledge of insurance processes; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; electronic claims filing; dental terminology for coding; HS diploma.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Medical Assistant

Completion of Medical Assistant program; CMA/RMA within 6 months; BLS; CEU maintenance; valid driver’s license; bilingual Spanish a plus.

EXTERNSHIP - DENTAL ASSISTING

Unpaid student externship for dental assistant trainees; enrolled in an accredited program; Ohio radiographer license preferred; strong communication; able to travel locally; HIPAA and infection prevention compliance.

INDEPENDENT MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (LISW/LPCC/IMFT)

Independent Mental Health Therapist

Independent behavioral health license in Ohio; strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Dental Hygienist

Must have Dental Hygiene degree and license in Ohio; must complete continuing education; BLS certification; proficient in dental software; patient advocacy; good communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
