Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering; 10+ years mechanical/manufacturing engineering; 3D CAD (Inventor preferred); GD&T on 2D drawings; FEA; hydraulic/pneumatic systems; PLCs; strong communication; independent work; travel 33-50%; onsite in Mississippi.

Equipment Operator

Experience operating heavy machinery in industrial or construction settings; valid equipment operator certification; safety-focused; HS diploma preferred.

Production Associate 

Physical, hands-on production and materials handling in an on-site industrial sawmill; follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Machine Operator

Operate and maintain sawmill equipment; troubleshoot mechanical issues; ensure production flow.

Saw Filer

Proven experience as a saw filer in a sawmill or similar industrial setting; strong understanding of saw geometry, tensioning, and sharpening; ability to read technical drawings; mechanical aptitude; strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork; ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
