Minimum 2-3 years in recreational program development for elderly, disabled, or youth; ability to engage diverse populations; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; work independently.

Assistant Property Manager

Three years in customer service or office management; property management preferred; strong communication; bilingual preferred; valid driver’s license.

Building Maintenance Technician

Experience in maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing; high school diploma or GED; 4 years in mechanical/building/plumbing trades or equivalent; valid driver's license.

Senior Building Mechanical Technician/Gas Fitter/HVAC Technician with NH Fuel Gas Fitter license STN/STP endorsement; full-time, Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm; maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and gas appliances.

Plumber/Gas Fitter

Four years of practical experience in mechanical/plumbing related to plumbing and HVAC; NH Master Plumbing License and NH Fuel Gas Fitters License with STN/STP endorsement; valid driver’s license; full-time (40 hours); OT eligible.
