Executive - Regional Manager -Houston TX

Regional Manager

Oversees fiscal performance, leasing, marketing, staff, and adherence to Fair Housing and HUD rules; manages budgets, reports, and team development for a multi-property portfolio.

Compliance Specialist

Experience in compliance auditing, reporting, and knowledge of fair housing and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Porter/Make Ready

No minimum education or experience; ability to read/write; valid driver’s license; able to lift up to 25 pounds; weekend, on-call, and overtime availability.

TX MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Technician

High school diploma or GED; 6 months+ experience or related training; HVAC certification; valid driver's license.

Assistant Maintenance

Two to four years related experience; EPA certifications preferred; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance; ability to supervise as needed; strong organization and safety knowledge.

Assistant Manager - Affordable Housing

Assistant Manager

1-2 years in multi-family property management; strong communication; proficient in OneSite, EIV, TRACS; customer-focused.

Maintenance

Two to four years related experience; EPA certifications preferred; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing; OSHA/ADA knowledge.

High school diploma or GED; 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent. HVAC cert may vary; valid driver’s license.

Lead Maintenance

Oversee maintenance/engineering operations; manage vendors; ensure safety compliance; supervise staff.

Assist the property manager with leasing, resident relations, budgeting, reports; ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulations; strong OneSite, EIV, TRACS; proficient in MS Office.
