Construction CDL Driver / Laborer

CDL Driver

CDL Class A required; basic hand tools and tape measure knowledge; reliable, punctual, hardworking; ability to drive to multiple sites.

Insulation Installer

Experience installing insulation, reading blueprints, using hand/power tools, safety compliant; able to lift 35 lbs; high school diploma preferred.

General Labor - Floor Installer

General Labor

Must know basic hand tools, ability to read a tape measure, reliable, able to drive to local sites, able to lift up to 80 lbs, willing to travel overnight; previous construction labor experience a plus.

General Laborer - Floor Installer

Must know basic hand tools; read a tape measure; hardworking, reliable, and punctual; ability to drive to project sites; capable of multi-tasking; comfortable in multi-temperature environments; able to lift up to 80 lbs; prior construction or concrete crew experience a plus.

General Labor - Floor Installers

Basic hand tools, tape measure reading, reliable with ability to multi-task; prior construction or flooring experience preferred.

Contract Administrator

3-5+ years in construction administration, contract administration, and office management in a construction/subcontracting environment. Proficient with PM software and MS Office.

Commercial Insulation Estimator

Minimum 5 years estimating experience; proficient with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift or similar); strong analytical and communication skills.

Shop / Warehouse Foreman

Foreman

High school diploma or GED; forklift certified; CDL preferred; prior warehouse/shop management experience preferred.

Commercial Sales Representative

Mid-level sales professional with experience in building product sales management; able to travel, develop accounts, and drive revenue in the Northwest.
