Resident Experience Manager

Three+ years of managerial experience in resident services or life enrichment; bachelor’s degree preferred; Oregon driver’s license; trauma-informed care preferred.

Direct Caregiver

High school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; food handler's card; pre-employment background check; willingness to work full-time on onsite facility shifts.

RN Case Manager

RN licensure in Oregon; BSN preferred; PMH-BC, CARN, CCTP preferred; experience in behavioral health/community-based care; strong communication; proficient in EHR and care coordination.

Resident Services Coordinator (Part-Time)

Resident Services Coordinator

Part-time Resident Services Coordinator; 6+ months’ related experience; valid driver’s license; ability to drive a large van; CPR/First Aid certification; background check required.

Medication Technician

High school diploma; preferred Certified Medical Aide; First Aid/CPR; Food Handlers; 1 year behavioral health experience preferred; onsite medication delegation tasks.

Community Safety Technician

High school diploma or GED; 1 year related experience; valid Unarmed POST Certification; basic PC/typing skills; able to work on-site.
