Member Service Representative

Assist members with transactions, cross-sell, ensure security/compliance; 8am-5pm Mon-Fri with Saturday hours; CCUFC designation within first year.

High school diploma; experience with credit union products; cash handling; member service; 40 hours/week; on-site in Evart, MI; CCUFC within first year.

Resilience Specialist I

1-3 years vendor management and/or business continuity; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; knowledge of third-party risk management and disaster recovery; strong communication and project skills.

Risk Manager I

ERM and regulatory risk assessment experience; 3-5 years in enterprise risk management or regulatory compliance; Bachelor’s in Business Administration; strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficient with Office 365 and risk software.
