Surgical Technologist

Graduation from a Surgical Technology program; BLS; Mandatory Reporter training; stroke education; CST certification preferred; strong communication and teamwork.

Licensed RN with Iowa or multistate license; Baccalaureate degree in nursing; BLS and Mandatory Reporter training; NIHSS, ACLS, CAPD, and other certifications; 90-day timelines for certain trainings; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Licensed RN in IA, active or compact license; BSN within 6 years after 2014; BLS; required/recertified certifications; strong communication and teamwork.

RN license in Iowa, BSN preferred, BLS and Mandatory Reporter training, ability to communicate in English, team oriented, proficient with basic computer skills.

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa; degree in Physical Therapy; mandatory reporter training within 90 days; outpatient/inpatient hospital setting experience preferred.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Physical Therapist Assistant

Completion of CAPTE-approved PTA program or five years of previous physical therapy experience; Iowa PTA license.

Licensed RN in Iowa (or multi-state license); BSN within 6 years of hire; 72-hour full-time, night shift.
