Journeyman card or four years of equivalent manufacturing experience; ability to obtain an industrial lift truck permit; high school diploma; ability to pass drug test and background check; willingness to work 2nd shift in a 24/7 operation with holidays and weekends.

Lead and supervise a production team; plan and assign work; enforce policies; drive continuous improvement in production, equipment efficiency, and safety.

Cheese Maker

2-4 years cheese making experience; food industry experience; ability to lift 50 pounds; flexible schedule; adhere to food safety laws; manufacturing background; positive attitude.

General Labor

High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow instructions; reliable; team player; prior manufacturing or food production experience a plus.

Lab Technician

BS in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Science; experience in milk testing and quality assurance; knowledge of NCIMS/FDA and USDA requirements; strong communication.

Maintenance and repair of production machinery and facilities; troubleshooting; safe work practices; GMP compliance.

Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or dairy production; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving; knowledge of GMP and food safety.

HS diploma/GED; drug test and background check; ability to work any shift including weekends/holidays; follow GMP and food safety regs; read SOPs; lift up to 55 pounds; standing/walking for 8 hours

Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Maintenance technician with hands-on fabrication, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience; able to lift 50 lbs; focus on safety and GMP adherence.
