Overnight Counselor - Full Time

Overnight Counselor

Assist adults with mental illness in a group home; provide counseling, daily living skills, crisis intervention; requires reliability, teamwork, and good communication.

Psychiatric Registered Nurse, ACT Team- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Psychiatric Registered Nurse

Licensed NY RN, bachelor’s preferred, 3 years psychiatric experience incl outpatient, valid NY driver license, owns vehicle for business use.

Dominion House Case Manager

Case Manager

Associate’s degree in human services (BA preferred); 1 year case management; strong communication/organizational skills; multitasking ability; valid driver’s license.

Service Coordinator

BA preferred; 6 months-1 year human services experience; valid driver’s license; personal vehicle for business; crisis intervention exposure; strong communication and organizational skills.

Assistant Program Director

Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1 year exp; or Associate’s with 3 years; or High School Diploma with 5 years; NYS driver license; supervisory and strong communication skills; mental health experience preferred.

Chief Operating Officer

Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years leadership in human services; 24/7 housing programs; compliance with state/local agencies; program development; collaboration with housing developers.

Care Coordinator

BA/BS in human services; 2+ years in human services; 1 year case management preferred; valid driver’s license; able to work as part of a interdisciplinary team.

Outreach Case Manager

Minimum of one year in case management; interdisciplinary team experience; knowledge of mental health; valid driver's license.

Residence Counselors- Full Time

Residence Counselor

High school diploma required; valid driver's license; experience with mental illness or human services preferred.
