Maintainer

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year building maintenance/repair; ability to use hand and power tools; basic reading/writing; basic math; follow written or oral instructions.

Security Supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent; New York State Guard License; CPR/AED/First Aid certifications preferred; 3-5 years supervisory security experience; experience in cultural or large public access locations; strong communication and leadership; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; ability to stand for long periods; 5-day work week including weekends; willingness to obtain S-95 and F03 certifications.
