Program Manager of Enhanced Family Care

Program Manager

Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 2 years direct or related experience; proficient in MS Office; valid driver’s license; ability to transport clients.

Residential DSP

High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year in human services or health care; proficiency in MS Office and databases; clean background checks; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.

Licensed Clinical Therapist

Licensed clinician with master's in Counseling/ Psychology/ Social Work; experience in clinical teams; valid driver's license; willingness to travel; knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care.

Client Specific DSP-FDS

Direct Support Professional

Experience with developmental disabilities preferred; reliable transportation; ability to work independently and in a team; provide personal care and behavioral support.

Client Specific DSP-FDS (EM)

Experience in developmental disabilities; reliable transportation; clean background check; ability to assist with transportation and tasks; good communication; 15 hours/week; $19/hr.

Speech Pathologist

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders; NH license in Speech/Language Pathology; valid driver’s license; experience with young children and families; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and confidentiality.

Experience with challenging behaviors; strong communication; teamwork; adaptability; willingness to learn and try new ideas; evening/night/overnight availability. 

Clinical Direct Support Professional

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1 year in human services; valid driver’s license; clean background checks; MOAB training.
