Transportation Supervisor

At least one year professional driving experience, valid Commercial Drivers license, Class B with Passenger Endorsement, strong communication skills.

Transportation Coordinator 

One year driving experience; Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement; good driving record; strong communication; basic computer skills; high school diploma; English proficiency.

Tram Driver

Part-time tram driver with valid driver's license, strong customer service, and a desire to serve seniors.

Server - Part Time

Server

Part-time server with hospitality experience; must be legally authorized to work in the United States; available Sundays 3:00-7:30 PM; customer service skills and English communication.

Housekeeper

At least one-year previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or retirement community. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively with Residents, and perform simple math.

Custodian- Full Time

Custodian

Previous janitor experience preferred; ability to follow instructions in English and perform simple arithmetic.

Caregiver AL/Memory Care

Caregiver

At least one year caregiving experience, preferably in an Assisted Living or health care center; high school graduate or equivalent; must have and maintain current First Aid card.

Medication Technician 

High school graduate; completion of RCFE medication technician training; current First Aid & CPR; ability to communicate in English; minimum one year experience preferred.

Pastry Cook (Cook II)

Minimum one year pastry cook or baker experience; culinary education preferred.

Senior Living Sales Counselor

Five+ years in high-touch sales; proven ability to exceed targets; strong communication and CRM skills (Salesforce). Senior living experience is a plus but not required.
