Recovery Aide Mental Health Group Home Sub-Relief

Provide direct mental health group home support; assist treatment team; maintain medications; CPR/First Aid; valid VA driver’s license.

Mental Health Professional - Residential

Bachelor's in Human Services; must register as a QMHPT within 3 months; valid driver’s license; willingness to work nights/evenings/weekends; criminal background check required.

Provide direct services to individuals with mental illness and substance abuse; household duties; medication administration; CPR/First Aid; driver license.

Recovery Aide Youth Crisis Stab

Recovery Aide Youth Crisis Stabilization

Valid driver’s license; clean DMV record; ability to interact supportively; knowledge of mental health issues; strong communication; team oriented; works independently.

Assist youth in crisis stabilization, perform household duties, support treatment team, basic first aid, CPR/First Aid certified, valid driver’s license.

LPN Geriatric Transition Center - Sub-Relief

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Virginia-licensed LPN; high school diploma; 1-3 years nursing experience in developmental disabilities or mental health; valid driver's license.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Virginia; High School Diploma/GED; 1-3 years nursing in DD/MENTAL health; valid driver’s license.

Qualified Paraprofessional MH Adult

Paraprofessional in Mental Health with 1+ year direct service experience; valid driver's license; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualified Paraprofessional in Mental Health - Adult

Provide skills building and supportive services for adults with mental health needs; document and monitor progress; support treatment goals.

Behavior Therapy Specialist I Sub-relief

Behavior Therapy Specialist

Direct behavioral therapy, data collection, caregiver training; RBT preferred; high school diploma required; autism/ID/DD knowledge.

Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy; train caregivers; collect data; collaborate with treatment team; High School diploma required; experience with autism/ID/DD; RBT preferred.

Provide assessment and clinical services; crisis stabilization and intervention; coordinate services across systems; document in EHR; meet regulatory requirements.
