Verification/Recruitment Specialist

Bachelor's in social work, psychology, or related field; 21+; travel; background checks; experience with foster families; trauma-informed knowledge preferred; strong communication and organization.

Therapist (LPC, LMFT or LCSW)

Therapist

Licensed Texas LPC, LMFT, or LCSW; Master's in psychology/social work/therapy; eligible for Medicaid; trauma-informed; residential treatment experience preferred; background check required.

Residential Treatment Center Administrator

Senior-level residential child-care leadership with 5+ years supervising direct care staff; licensed administrator or eligible; strong leadership and crisis intervention skills; regulatory compliance experience.

Direct Care for Children

Direct care staff needed for children ages 5-17; entry level; requires HS diploma or GED, 21+, valid driver’s license; strong communication and crisis skills.

Overnight Direct Care for Children

Provide overnight direct supervision and care for children; nighttime routines; safety; documentation; must be 21+, high school diploma or GED, pass background checks, valid driver's license, strong communication and teamwork.

Entry-level direct care staff needed to supervise and support children (ages 5-17); obtain driver’s license; pass background checks and drug test; high school diploma or GED.

Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field; current Texas licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW; Medicaid credentialed or eligible; strong trauma-focused background; experience with children/adolescents affected by abuse and trauma; crisis intervention and collaboration skills; residential treatment experience preferred.

Entry level overnight caregiver; must be 21+, HS diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, background checks, TB test; able to work overnight 9pm-9am.

Provide overnight direct supervision for a group of children; high school diploma or GED; 21+; active driver’s license; pass background checks and screenings; strong communication and teamwork.

Chief Operating Officer

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related human services; 5-7+ years leadership in child welfare, residential care, or related services; Licensed Child-Care Administrator in Texas (or ability to obtain); multi-site operations experience; trauma-informed care knowledge; strong leadership and data-driven quality improvement skills.

Must be 21+ with high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, pass background checks and TB test; strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
