Director of Human Resources

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years HR management experience; healthcare experience preferred; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP a plus; experience with HRIS payroll and ATS; strong leadership and communication skills

Patient Access Lead/Coordinator

Patient Access Coordinator

Lead front-end operations, supervise patient access team, ensure accurate registration and financial counseling, and drive process improvements. 2+ years in medical office preferred; associate degree preferred.

Cafe Attendant

High school diploma or GED; 1 year retail/food service; training experience preferred; good public interaction; customer service; computer knowledge; lifting up to 60 lbs.

Pharmacy Technician 

High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months pharmacy technician experience; Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred; basic math and literacy.

General Dentist

Licensed DDS or DDM in Ohio, CPR certified, 1 year clinical experience preferred, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, 35 wpm typing.

Pharmacist- Contingent

Pharmacist

Licensed Ohio pharmacist with BS in Pharmacy; experience in dispensing, MTM, patient counseling, and inventory control.

Director of Clinical Support Services

RN with active Ohio license; 4+ years healthcare leadership; primary care experience; knowledge of PCMH, TJC, NCQA, UDS, HEDIS, CPC.

Handyman

Maintains and repairs equipment across multiple Toledo area sites; requires hands-on handyman skills and transportation.

Certified Nurse Practitioner

Active Ohio license; CPR certification; certificate of authority; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; experience with medically indigent populations preferred.

Physician- Family 

Physician

Board certified/eligible; experience with medically indigent populations; 50 hours CME annually; Ohio medical license requirements implied.

Medical Assistant Full-Time Monday-Thursday

Medical Assistant

Experience as a medical assistant; graduate from an accredited program; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain); knowledge of medical terminology; patient confidentiality; culturally sensitive; strong attendance.

Dietician

Bachelor's in Dietetics; internship/AP4; Ohio Dietitian license.

Centralized Scheduler

Entry-level Centralized Scheduler role requiring HS diploma, strong communication, and basic computer skills.

Medical Assistant, CPR certified or willing to obtain, strong confidentiality, good communication, and ability to work Monday–Friday; new grads welcome; experience preferred.
