Early Head Start - Head Start Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teacher

Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; experience with birth to five; knowledge of Creative Curriculum; strong supervision and collaboration with families.

BA or AS in Early Childhood Education required; experience with families and children birth to five; knowledge of Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold preferred.

Physical Therapist

Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, state PT licensure, CPP certification, experience with pediatric populations.

Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

Provide home and community-based ABA therapy for Birth-3; NYS credentials; IFSP; caregiver coaching; 2+ years experience; DOH hours; background checks.

Early Intervention Home Base/ Social Worker

Social Worker

Provide home/community-based EI social work; NYS certification; 1500 hours DOH; 2 years Birth-3 therapy; bilingual preferred.

Special Instructor

NYS Certification or License/Registration with 2+ years of Birth-3 therapy experience; DOH approval; CRR clearance; Justice Center screening; liability insurance; NYC EIP knowledge; bilingual preferred.

Social Services Manager

Lead social services for Head Start, oversee staff, ensure comprehensive services.

Bilingual Evaluation Psychologist 

Licensed psychologist in New York; experience with psychological testing and evaluation of children; bilingual Spanish/English required for bilingual role; strong report-writing skills.

NYS licensure as a Physical Therapist with Birth-3 experience; DOH approval; Central Register clearance; Justice Center screening; liability insurance; knowledge of NYC EIP policies; bilingual a plus.

Early Intervention Speech Therapist

Provide home and community-based speech therapy to  birth-3 children; caregiver coaching; IFSP documentation; collaborate with team.

Assist in planning and implementing classroom activities for Early Head Start; support lead teacher; engage with families; supervise children; maintain confidentiality; collaborate with families and staff.

Bilingual Speech Therapist

Speech Therapist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a state license; ~1 year pediatric experience.

Early Head Start - Head Start Lead Teacher

Bachelor’s in ECE preferred; Master’s preferred; 1+ year experience in Early Childhood; knowledge of ITERS and Head Start ELOF; strong parent/family engagement skills.
