Oversee respiratory programs across multiple facilities, manage scheduling, audits, education, and staffing; travel within region.

Registered Dietitian (RD)

Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian; eligible with DI verification; comfortable with enteral nutrition; strong communication; able to work independently and with team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Current LPN license; provide resident care; supervise CNAs; medication administration; vitals and documentation.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Active NY RN license, CPR/First Aid, strong patient-care and coordination skills.

RN Medication Nurse

RN required; new grads encouraged; full-time; medication administration experience preferred.

CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) Weekends

Current NY CNA certification, at least 6 months CNA experience, CPR, HS diploma/GED preferred, English communication, confidentiality, professional customer service.
