High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year customer service; background and credit check; bondable; strong communication, analytical, listening; Office 365 proficiency; teamwork; time management and discretion.

Electronic Financial Services Representative

Provide electronic financial services to members; high school diploma; 6+ months customer service; pass background and credit check; MSR experience preferred; Symitar and LoansPQ preferred; digital/virtual member support experience; strong communication and Microsoft Office 365 skills.

Indirect Loan Processor

Bilingual English/Spanish; 1+ year credit union or banking experience preferred; high school diploma; strong communication, organization, problem-solving; ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
